Bodhgaya as a Photographer

One of my favorite elements about being a student in India is…. that that I’m in India!!!

Every year for five years I’ve been able to visit the city of Bodhgaya, in the state of Bihar. It’s on of India’s major spiritual sites which attracts pilgrims and tourists from all over the world. The people of Bihar are known for their piercing eyes and as I’ve been there and learned of the regions harsh recent history, I am inspired by their resilient smiles.

Here are a few things I saw

Each image is an expression of what I saw, and with each image there is a story.

Let me know if you would like to hear any. 🙂
